RIVER GAUGE AT 95 · 22 June 2008
Anglers who left yesterday after a most difficult week should now cover their eyes or repent their sins. No sooner had they left than the rains began and continued all night. This morning the river gauge registered 95 centimeters i.e. a biggish flood is underway. Expect a lift in salmon catches over the next few days….
